Zones use Fuse’s segmenting system to target content waterfalls to specific groups of users. Zones can have multiple content types.

Creating a Zone

To create a zone in the Fuse dashboard, choose your app and from that app’s home page, click “GET STARTED” on the zone widget.

Adding Content

Now that you have created a zone, it needs some content to display. Non-rewarded ads are included by default.

Fuse offers multiple content blocks that can exist together in a zone. When adding more than one content block to a zone, you can set the priority of each block by dragging it up or down the stack of content.

Non-Rewarded Ads

Non-Rewarded ads are both static and video interstitial ads.

Rewarded Ads

Rewarded ads are video ads that give an amount of in-game currency to the user once viewed. They can include a pre and post roll message to the user as well.

IAP Offer

An IAP offer promotes a discount, bonus or standard (priced as-is) IAP.

Virtual Good Offer

A virtual good offer promotes an in game currency or item being offered at a discount, bonus or standard (priced as-is).

Cross Promo

Cross promo content can be used to promote games or products.

Creating Targets

Now that you have added the content blocks you want. You need to add targets that define what users will see the content.

Click the edit button on your content block and you will be taken to the target page. Here you can add new targets and edit existing ones. To create a new target, click the “ADD TARGET” button.

Once you have named the target, use the segmenting system to define what users will be included. You can use segments you have predefined, or you can build a custom segment unique to the target. Click the blue refresh button to see how many users qualify for your target after making any change.

Once you have defined the segment, you can move on to customizing other aspects of the content type. These settings are unique to each target.

Save your target, and it will appear on the target list. Dragging targets up and down on this list will set their priority in the content block. Note that a green circle under status means that the target is enabled, and a red circle means it has been disabled.
